I bought several 2.007 W $ 50 Buffalo Coin – How long until you can break even selling them?

I bought eight W $ 50 Gold 2.007 Proof Buffalo Coins @ the issue price of $ 825 each. Each coin was graded by PCGS PF69 DCAM (first strike). I can not believe I have not had a single PF70 … so good luck:) I realized that the PF69 eBay (including the first attacks) are only selling for $ 799 – $ 819 each at this point – Does anyone know what is my best option is to sell at a loss and reinvest the money now or hold? Also, how long should I have the coins? Any idea how time until these currencies could shoot over $ 845 per coin at auction? (I noticed several local dealers already have their currencies at a price of $ 900 or $ 950). Thanks in advance for any advice.

What may affect the value of the coin is the price of gold bullion. Do not think I ever trade at a significant premium over the spot price. This is totally my opinion, but I think gold will continue to rise gradually in value at a rate of 5-10% per year not as the doubling of oil prices we've seen over the past few years. I think it will do better than the inflation rate and the rate paid on savings accounts. I think premium over the cash paid for these currencies will be reduced to 10-15% or even less. So my guess is that you can sell the currencies of $ 845 in about 4 years. After that time will start to go up in value more rapidly (10% / year). In essence, your choice is to sell now or keep for a while. 20 years have increased significantly.
