description of a coin i find strange.?

i found a strange coin today, but can not find anywhere online. Here's how the coin is this: is gold, with George Washington in the center of the forehead and the dates of 1732 and 1799. also in the front are thirteen stars and George Washington of the signature on the bottom. the back of the coin, simply shows a picture of Mount Vernon, with the words MOUNT VERNON in the background. Information About this coin would be greatly appreciated.
